Molly Johnson has released a powerful new video today for her timely track, "Protest Song." The video comes just ahead of Molly's multiple concert dates in France. A full list of dates is below.
"Protest Song" from Molly's Juno nominated album "Meaning To Tell Ya," released via Universal Music, last year and produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Larry Klein (Joni Mitchell, Tracy Chapman). The video was shot in downtown Toronto at
Orange Studios. This inspirational video was filmed and directed by Cory Winfield, a longtime artistic collaborator of Molly's. About the song,

This summer the Toronto-based singer-songwriter will be traveling to France for a series of live performances. Ahead of those dates,
Molly will be making an appearance at the famed Festival International de Jazz de Montreal on July 4th.
In addition to a busy performing schedule
Molly will once again be organizing the
Kensington Market Jazz Festival in Toronto this year. The festival, which is in its fourth year, will take place from

Known as one of Canada's greatest voices, she is a mother, singer-songwriter, artist and philanthropist.
Molly has been awarded the honour of becoming an Officer of Canada(O.C.) and received the Queens Jubilee medal for her philanthropic work.
In 2016 she launched the
Kensington Market Jazz Festival with over 400 Canadian musicians performing 150 + shows.
