New York, NY (Top40 Charts) We really wanted to offer Front and Center's audience a special experience to kick off the season. So, teaming up with such a beloved music discovery tool like Shazam just made sense to connect the viewers to Hozier's music.
Front and Center, the critically acclaimed concert series, debuts this week (check local listings) with an episode featuring
Hozier on public television. The Grammy-nominated and multi-Platinum singer/songwriter takes the stage at New York City's Gramercy Theatre in this episode of Front and Center.
His debut studio album
Hozier was released in 2014 and includes the multi-Platinum, Grammy-nominated anthem "Take Me To Church." His much-anticipated sophomore studio album, Wasteland Baby!, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Hozier performs songs from the new album, "

"I'm thrilled to be a part of this season of Front and Center," stated Hozier. "This performance at the Gramercy Theatre was one of the first times the band and I played songs from the new album outside of rehearsals. It was right before Wasteland, Baby! was released so it was exciting, and a little nerve-wracking, to test out the new material in front of a live audience and see their reaction in real time."
As a bonus, Front and Center viewers will be able to use the Shazam app during this first episode and have access to an exclusive photo slideshow, to Hozier's Wasteland Baby! album on Apple Music, and a breakout of all his songs that are performed on the Front and Center episode.

Santana IV.
