New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Yola stopped by the Relix magazine offices in New York City to perform a short set of three songs from her debut album, Walk Through Fire: "Ride Out in the Country," "Still Gone," and "Shady Grove." You can watch the session here:

Yola heads to Newport, Rhode Island, to perform at the Newport Folk Festival this Friday. NPR Music's All Songs Considered host Bob Boilen spoke with the festival's executive producer, Jay Sweet, about this year's lineup and singled out some newer names on the artist roster, including Yola's. You can hear what they had to say at npr.org, and tune in to the live broadcast from the festival via TuneIn.

While on tour in the US in the coming weeks, Yola plays the Hollywood Bowl with Lord Huron and Shakey Graves, joins Lake Street Dive on tour, and returns to New York City to take the Lincoln Center Out of Doors stage ahead of Patty Griffin.
To pick up a copy of Walk Through Fire, head to your local record store, iTunes, Amazon, the Easy Eye Sound Store, or the Nonesuch Store, where CD and vinyl orders include a download of the complete album at checkout. You can also hear the album now on Spotify and Apple Music.
