The producers made the decision based on the sales earned after the soft opening. There is no improvement expected with the sales, and the organizers had to move to a smaller location. This tour is Bieber's first tour after three years.

Seasons is a docuseries about Bieber's career in the music industry. It also serves to promote his current album and come back after years of hiatus.
