New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Bitch Pop artist Cherry released her latest single titled "Psycho" on March 27th to all digital platforms following the release of four singles which have collectively garnered over a million cross-platform streams. "Psycho" was co-written and co-produced with industry professional, Jordan Mitchell.

Cherry is self-described as "genre-fluid" and after struggling to find a clear direction and focus with her music she landed on "Bitch Pop" - a subtly satirical blend of super pop, hip-hop, and sad-girl anthems. Her diversity in taste and talent come from a tumultuous childhood - born to immigrants from Zimbabwe - that resulted in a number of moves around the United States, and a deep connection to each unique setting.

The release of recent singles "cherryontop", "Bitch Pop," "rock bottom," and "happy for you" prompted online rumors involving major super-fans on GaGadaily.com that Cherry was Kesha's alter-ego. Her music saw an extreme spike in streams and online engagement following the spotlight moment.

Proudly forging ahead challenging the boundaries of pop music, Cherry (formerly known as Kelly Paige) is one of few artists with the strength to persevere after shocking and disappointing experiences within the music industry. Dealing with #MeToo encounters before the movement became public, as well as multiple setbacks being signed and dropped or having her records "shelved", strengthens and informs her music and the emotions rooted within.

"For me, it's all about writing. My love for words and music started at an early age and I've written across all genres, but hip-hop specifically provides endless metaphorical opportunities" said Cherry.

Other past collaborators include: Brian Kennedy (Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson), Jez Ashurst (OneRepublic, Littlemix and Jason Derulo), MacGregor Leo (30 Seconds to Mars and Halsey), Rob Kleiner (Sia, Beyoncé and The Weekend), and Scott Thomas Robinson (Demi Lovato).

Cherry first gained recognition as a songwriter in Nashville after being named a finalist and winner in songwriting competitions while attending Belmont University. She eventually pursued an opportunity in London that led to her to be signed by music legend, Irving Azoff in Los Angeles. She currently resides in New York City.

"She is obviously a great talent, she sings powerfully and writes with an authentic voice." - U2's The Edge.
