Over the course of 48 hours, LiveXLive's technology streamed an immersive experience for 'Music Lives' in over 179 countries, reaching historic highs for the Company with over 23.9 million worldwide views across LiveXLive's site and app. The event was simulcast across all of our mobile, digital and linear channels including Roku, Apple TV, Amazon, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, as well as cross promoted directly to artist's social media channels.

The festival generated a groundbreaking 2.5 billion video views for "#MusicLives" on TikTok, and a record 23.9 million livestream views.

Viewers engaged with over 335,000 comments, likes and interactions throughout the event across the LiveXLive player.

With the additions of TikTok and Oculus, LiveXLive is already on pace to more than triple its sponsorship revenue during its first quarter ending June 30, 2020 as compared to its first quarter ended June 30, 2019.

Since April 1, 2020, LiveXLive has livestreamed 8 events and generated over 25 million views, as compared to 9 events livestreamed and 22 million views during the entire quarter ended June 30, 2019.

LiveXLive's 'Music Lives' festival brought together notable musicians spanning multiple genres including Anitta, Big Gigantic (DJ Set), Elephante, Swae Lee, Two Feet, Trippie Redd and more. J Balvin curated and hosted the Music Lives 'Pa La Cultura' block which featured Arcángel, DJ Pope, Manuel Medrano and some of the best Latino artists on the planet. The record breaking festival put emerging artists center stage, including Cici Cava, Matoma, MIYAVI, Nik West, The Green and Toni Cornell allowing fans to enjoy established artists they know and love as well discover their next favorite obsession.

Main Squeeze led a group sing-along to Beatles song "With a Little Help from My Friends".
Toni Cornell, Chris Cornell's daughter, sang an acoustic cover of Temple of the Dog's single "Hunger Strike," from her late father's studio.

Big Gigantic's virtual DJ set replicated a light show similar to a live venue performance.
Japanese rock guitarist MIYAVI performed with his children.
Christian French spoofed a trivia game show throughout his performance, quizzing the audience on stats about himself.

All artists delivered heartfelt thoughts and reminders to stay home, flatten the curve and stand together through this time.

Breaking typical festival structure, 'Music Lives' flipped the script with all artist performances streamed from artists' living rooms, backyards, rooftops, poolside, and private studios. Throughout each performance, fans were able to engage, chat and share with other viewers and the community.

Additional artist and celebrity appearances included those involved in Global Citizen and World Health Organization's 'One World: Together At Home' digital and television broadcast. The special event was streamed through LiveXLive on select channels.
