Dylan John Thomas Shares New Single 'Lost Without"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Dylan John Thomas' journey is only just beginning, but the Glaswegian singer-songwriter is already making a rapid impact.
Last year saw him become the quickest Scottish artist to sell-out his debut show at the city's renowned King Tuts venue, and his live performances quickly attracted a growing following. He has toured arenas as guest to both Liam Gallagher and Gerry Cinnamon, and also sold-out his first headline tour of England. He started 2020 by being highlighted in a Take The Stage session and interview from the menswear brand Scotts, who tipped him as "Scotland's hottest new music act."

Examining the lingering thoughts that follow a failed romance, 'Lost Without' gives those feelings a bittersweet edge by placing them in the context of a breezy modern indie-folk song. It touches upon many of Dylan's key influences without feeling beholden to any of them. There are traces of the timeless songwriting of Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash, the attitude of Oasis and The Stone Roses, and the pop nous of The Kinks and The Beatles.
"Lost Without is a reflection on love and loss and conflicting thoughts. I started writing it while I was on tour" explains Dylan. "I had a fast country guitar riff sitting about which I knew would go well with the lyrics".
