NEW YORK (Warner Music Group) - Warner Music Group Corp. will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2005, prior to the opening of the NYSE on Monday, June 13, 2005, and will hold an earnings update conference call on Monday, June 13, 2005, at 10:00am EDT for the three-month period ended March 31, 2005.

Investors may participate in the conference call by dialing 888/810-5901 or 517/308-9009 and asking for the Warner Music Group earnings call. To assure that you are on for the beginning of the call, we suggest that you call in 10 minutes prior to the start time.
