New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Today, hotly-tipped Australian artist CXLOE releases her brand new single One and Lonely via Sandlot Records and AWAL Recordings.
Of the single, CXLOE says, 'One and Lonely is all about loneliness. I spend a majority of the year away from my partner, and it always weighs on me heavily. This song talks about the endless flights and sleepless nights away from each other and how heavy this feeling is. I know I can be too much sometimes, and this song touches on these elements of push and pull that I put my partner through. "You'll always be my One and Lonely" is probably one of my favourite lines off the whole EP. It captures love and sadness in a matter of words.'

One and Lonely follows CXLOE's first release of 2020 titled 12 Steps, a track that covers themes of addiction and substance abused, wrapped up in an infectious dark pop track. Of 12 Steps, Complex UK said 'It's always striking when a pop singer or musician writes an ear-stickingly catchy song about something dark, especially something like addiction or substance abuse, and that's exactly what Australian singer CXLOE has done with her new single 12 Steps.'

Since first stepping onto the international music scene, rising Aussie artist CXLOE has gone from strength to strength. She has amassed over 32 million streams and counting, joined Maroon 5 on their Australian stadium tour and received support across titles including Complex, Vogue Australia, NME, Nylon, Clash, Line of Best Fit and more. Across her releases CXLOE has written with a number of collaborators including Andrew Wells (Bebe Rexha), Sam Farrar (Maroon 5), The Futuristics (Selena Gomez), MAG (Bebe Rehxa, Zara Larsson, Astrid S), Louis Schoorl (5SOS, Charlotte Lawrence), Justin Tranter (Julia Michaels) and Ross Golan (Ariana Grande) and more.
