Jay-Z film in post-production

(Launch) - "Paper Soldiers," a movie to be released on Jay-Z's Rocafella films, is currently in post-production, according to Damon Dash, Jay-Z's business partner who co-directed the project. "It's a comedy about some dudes who used to rob houses. It's like an urban comedy," says Dash, who adds that the name "Paper Soldiers" references the principal character's pursuit of money. The film stars up-and-coming comedians Kevin Hart and Smokey and also features a wealth of guest appearances including Stacey Dash, Michael Rappaport, Capone-N-Noreaga, Beanie Sigel, Mr. Biggs, Jay-Z, Yo Yo, Cam'ron and Dash. Omar Epps was originally attached to the script but is no longer scheduled to be featured in the film. "It didn't work out," Dash says, of why Epps exited the project.
