Country Music Artist Jon Wolfe Releases New Album Dos Corazones
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Texas country radio star, Jon Wolfe, released his 7th studio album, Dos Corazones, today, Wednesday, September 1. The album comes to fruition exactly one year after Wolfe, Grammy-nominated Producer, Dave Brainard, hit songwriter Tony Ramey, Award-Winning videographer Mason Dixon, and photographer Jeremy Thomas joined together in the Chihuahuan desert to write the majority of the project.
"I love the outdoors and I love old guitars and old beat-up pickup trucks and country music," Wolfe said in an interview with American Songwriter. "So these were my trains of thought at the time, and it all converged into this idea that said, 'I want to cut a record that pushes me and inspires me and inspires my fans and lets them know more about Jon Wolfe.'"

The album concept weaves through various aspects of a generation-defining environment, including love, loss, American values, and celebration for the years ahead… A fitting soundtrack for an unforgettable year. Named by Whiskey Riff as one of the Best New Songs You Should Be Listening To Right Now, the lead single "Tequila Sundown" was inspired by Jon's home away from home in Baja and draws listeners in with its energetic horn section and captivating guitar riffs. Earning its namesake from the town the album was recorded in, the latest focus track, "Two Hearts In Terlingua," tells a tragic love story that encapsulates a masterful story-telling approach deeply rooted in Wolfe's signature traditional Country sound.

Throughout the 17 track record, Wolfe does exactly what he set out to do in his original 11-day venture. Like it's literal translation, Dos Corazones (two hearts) evokes the emotions of the human experience and offers listeners their own escape into the depths of the desert. Jon is currently touring throughout the country and is continuously working on exciting projects throughout 2021.
