New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Halsey's If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power - hailed as their best album yet by Pitchfork and Vulture and as "one of the best albums of the year" by Billboard - debuts at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Current Albums chart, marking their third consecutive release to top the tally. It's the follow-up to the Platinum-certified Manic, released in January 2020. If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power also topped Billboard's Alternative Albums, Vinyl Albums and Tastemaker Albums charts and claimed the #01 position on the Spotify Top 10 Global Album Debuts chart. It entered the Billboard 200 chart at No. 2.

In an explosive first week at radio, "i am not a woman, i'm a god" was #1 Most Added at Top 40 while "You asked for this" was #1 Most Added at the Alternative format. The official video for "i am not a woman, i'm a god," which can be viewed BELOW, is from IMAX Experience: Halsey Presents If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power, which sold out in over 70 locations and grossed over $735K from limited showtimes around the globe. Deadline examined the success of the screenings in this feature.

The GRAMMY®-nominated, multi-Platinum artist reunited with producers Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross for an in-depth conversation about If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power, moderated by Lizzy Goodman. Among the many topics they cover are the trust of Halsey's fans, the untraditional path to releasing the album, and David Bowie. Halsey, who was recently named as Shazam's Artist of the Week, also spoke at length with Apple Music's Zane Lowe.

Vulture observed, "Halsey is a total natural here, unafraid to share deep, dark thoughts with the listener, ready to cut loose amid the din of sinister synths and punishing guitars." The New York Times noted, "Halsey and Nine Inch Nails have so much in common: skill at generating drama through sheer sound, along with a willingness to admit the worst." Declaring the results "spectacular," Stereogum said, "With each successive release, Halsey's creative output got bolder, more inventive, more captivating." SPIN noted, "Halsey is not a woman, they're a rock God. And IICHLIWP proves she's earned the title."
