Sydney, AU (Patrizio Buanne Official Website) - Italian crooner Patrizio Buanne, dubbed 'the new voice of romance' arrives in Australia this week, ready to romance his way into Australia's heart.
Born in Naples and raised in Vienna the 27 year old who speaks 6 different languages, considers himself the ambassador of good manners, good music and all things romantic.
He greets women with a kiss on the hand, and knows the way to woo is through music 'I want to give people Italian romance. Growing up outside Italy, I feel even more Italian than a native, because I was raised with this cliché of pasta eating, hand gesturing, Alfa Romeo driving… My father was the ambassador of Italian kitchen and pizza and I am the ambassador of Italian romance and dolce vita,' says Patrizio.

Patrizio is the special guest of the Italian Film Festival on Thursday and will perform a couple of numbers from his debut album THE ITALIAN to invited guests. The Italian Film Festival is launched at the Palace Cinemas, Norton Street, Leichhardt.

Patrizio is Nicola Cerrone's special guest at a VIP lunch at The House Of Cerrone, Catherine Street, Leichhardt. With a menu designed by Neil Perry, the lunch will see Patrizio wine and dine with some of Sydney's media and social A-listers.
His debut album THE ITALIAN features a collection of Italian classics including IL MONDO, PARLA PIU PIANO, the theme song from The Godfather movies, and a special Italian version of the Crowded House classic Don't Dream Its Over, entitled ALTA MAREA. In the UK THE ITALIAN reached the Top 10 in the pop charts and is destined for similar success here.
