What's Coming To Paramount Plus In 2023?
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) In recent months, Paramount+ has made significant strides relative to its rivals due to the addition of several well-publicized television shows and motion pictures to its collection.

This tendency will carry over into 2023 with promising new arrivals. Highlights include Kiefer Sutherland's Rabbit Hole and At Midnight.

Paramount Plus has a ton of new programming to tide us over till March arrives. While the service focuses mainly on catalog content, its selection is growing.

In 2023, what can you expect to see on Paramount Plus? Below are the best current and upcoming shows on Paramount Plus. So when you're ready to set your mobile jackpot casino aside for a bit, check out these 6 great movies for some at-home entertainment:

1. Babylon

The story follows several characters as they rise and fall amid the wild days of early Hollywood's extravagance and immorality. As an aspiring actress, Nellie LaRoy is looking for her big break.

According to Manny Torres, filmmaking is the pinnacle of careers, and he wants to do whatever he can to get into the industry. Sidney Palmer is just a young trumpeter with no goals other than to follow the music, whereas  Jack Conrad is the top male star in the movie industry.

Their jobs and personal lives will soon become entangled in a whirlwind of high hopes, crushing disappointments, rapidly evolving media, and decadent excess.

2. Mayor of Kingstown (Season 2)

In the wake of the prison revolt in the first Season, everyone's on high alert. It's more personal because we see the characters' worst sides as we guide them there. For season 2, they're turning up the heat by adding in discussions about police violence. Both the police and the inmates in prison are entirely out of control.

Mike seems to be the only individual who can put in place a structure that will ensure no one is ever put in this position again. It's worth it to him to keep everything under control. Therefore he'll do everything it takes to achieve that goal.

Mike, though, is beginning to crack under the increasing stress he's under. Mike is going to make some tough choices to restore order, as the cops in Kingstown are resorting to excessive use of force, and levels of violence within as well as outside the prison are at an all-time high. As this was happening, Bunny's drug trade took a hit because of the riot.

Mike must deal with a group of inmates and police officers prepared for battle. Preventing a full-scale conflict from breaking out may be an insurmountable obstacle. Mike also cares for Iris, who is still trying to overcome the trauma she experienced at Milo's hands. The likelihood of them achieving their desired outcome and successfully evading Kingstown seemed to diminish daily.

3. Rabbit Hole

As their little son Danny is murdered in a vehicle accident, Becca and Howie Corbett's idyllic life is shattered. Becca, a former CEO and now stay-at-home mom, struggles to find her identity amid her loving family and friends.

Becca's life is tragic, touching, and occasionally hilarious. She finds refuge in a strange relationship with a disturbed young comic book artist named Jason, the adolescent driving the automobile that hit and murdered Danny.

Becca's obsession with Jason causes her to forget about Danny, while Howie retreats into his past and finds solace in the company of others who can give him what Becca cannot. Both lost and aimless, the Corbetts take risks on the route that will ultimately define their fate.

4. At Midnight

Despite being the face of a superhero franchise, Sophie, played by Monica Barbaro, secretly finds the genre ridiculous. Sophie's off-screen boyfriend Adam, played by Anders Holm, proves to be unfaithful, but she keeps up appearances that the two are still together to ensure she doesn't "turn into Katie Holmes or Adam's Tom Cruise," as her agent puts it.

5. 1923

Taylor Sheridan's 1923 is the first of a television trilogy that includes the prequel Yellowstone and the sequel 1883.

The Dutton family, proprietors of said Yellowstone Dutton Ranch (affectionately referred to as The Yellowstone), serve as the series' central protagonists. The ranch is the biggest throughout Montana. The show's plot is based on real-life events, including the establishment of Yellowstone National Park and the struggles of the Broken Rock Indian Reservation's residents.

In 1923, fans will meet the next generation of Duttons. The show will be set in 1923 and revolve around events and themes of the time, including Prohibition, the Westward Expansion of the United States, as well as the Great Depression, which hit Montana an entire decade before the rest of the country.

6. StarTrek Picard (Season 3)

In Star Trek Picard (Season 3), Admiral Jean-Luc Picard inducts old and new crew members for one last mission upon receiving Dr Beverly Crusher's mysterious call for help. Starfleet and the lifestyles of the original members of the cast will not be the same after this mission.

With Seven of Nine and the rest of the Titan's team by his side, Picard uncovers a discovery that will completely change his life and lead him into conflict with his most cunning opponent. Raffi, meantime, is in a hurry to find a devastating weapon and runs into an old friend along the way.

Conclusion

For Paramount+, 2023 promises to be just as action-packed as previous years. Upcoming original show Rabbit Hole will mark Kiefer Sutherland's television return in yet another spy character. The streaming platform will also have access to a plethora of box office hits.

Season 2 of Mayor of Kingstown is also getting a TV adaptation, with Steve Howey and Ginger Gonzaga stepping into the roles made famous by Jamie Lee Curtis and Arnold Schwarzenegger in the original film.
