Clare Bowditch And The Feeding Set Are Set To Tour Once Again Around The Country To Celebrate The Release Of Their Second Long Player 'What Was Left'

Sydney, AU (EMI MUSIC AUSTRALIA) - Only a few days ago, Clare Bowditch and the Feeding Set finished their Single Launch tour for current radio fave ‘On This Side'. The tour began in true rock and roll style, with a 4.30am tap-on-the-shoulder from unofficial fifth-member Asha (Bowditch and partner Marty Brown's daughter), who uttered only the word 'Mummy' before making it clear she'd eaten something bad (Motley Crue would be so proud!) That same night, at a hotel in Wollongong, an enthusiastic fan stopped the show to publicly propose to his girlfriend. At the time, he was holding both a ring-box, and a glow stick. Mercifully, she said 'Yes', Asha felt better, and the tour continued in great form, thanks mainly to appreciative audiences and wonderful support from band Sodastream.

To celebrate the release of the album, Clare and the Feeding Set will take to road from mid October to mid November playing most Capital Cities and some regional shows. Clare promises the launches to be a similarly beguiling and entrancing journey as listening to the album. Support in Sydney and Melbourne comes from the imitable Glenn Richards from Augie March, who are in the finishing stages of recording their third album.
