 Nashville, TN (BMW Charity Pro-Am golf tournament Official Website) - Over the weekend BNA Records Nashville recording artist Pat Green was the amateur winner at the BMW Charity Pro-Am golf tournament at The Cliffs in Greenville, South Carolina. Green played three preliminary rounds along with 168 other amateurs and celebrities including Kevin Costner, Wayne Gretzky, John Elway, John O-Hurley (Seinfeld) and Catherine Bell (Jag). Green was one of 14 amateurs to make the cut to play in the final round on Sunday. Yesterday, Green and his pro partner Matt Weibring played a great round and were the pro/celebrity champions of the tournament. Green was later handed the keys to a new BMW Z4 Roadster. The four day tournament aired live on the Golf Channel and raised both money and awareness for local charities. Over the last five years the tournament has raised over 3 million dollars for local charitable organizations.
