NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - Brooks & Dunn and Toby Keith lead the field of nominees for the 37th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards with six nods each.

Superstar duo Brooks & Dunn scored nominations for Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year (Steers & Stripes), Song of the Year ("Only in America"), Single Record of the Year ("Ain't Nothing 'Bout You"), Top Vocal Duo, and Country Video of the Year ("Only In America").

Keith grabbed nods for Top Male Vocalist, Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year (Pull My Chain), and Single Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Country Video of the Year for "I Wanna Talk About Me."

Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw, and Travis Tritt were next in line with four nominations each, followed by Diamond Rio and Tammy Cochran with three each.

GRAMMY? Award-winning Album of the Year, the soundtrack to O Brother, Where Art Thou?, scored two nominations. One for Album of the Year and another for Vocal Event of the Year for "I Am a Man of Constant Sorrow" by the fictitious Soggy Bottom Boys.

The ACM Awards will be broadcast live from the Universal Amphitheater in Los Angeles on May 22 at 8 p.m. ET.
