NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - Just after being awarded the prestigious National Jazz Awards for Musician Of The Year, Best International Musician and Record Of The Year for The Look of Love, Diana Krall will be releasing her first ever VHS and DVD concert performance. Eagle Vision Inc., the North American subsidiary of Eagle Rock Entertainment, announced today that it would release Diana Krall Live In Paris on home video and DVD. Diana Krall Live In Paris, distributed by Pioneer Entertainment, will be in stores on April 2, 2002.

Diana Krall will be embarking on a US tour to support the album The Look of Love and Diana Krall Live In Paris VHS and DVD. The American leg of the global tour kicks off on March 9 in Seattle, WA and concludes on May 25 in New Orleans.

Recorded live at the Paris Olympia Theatre on December 1, 2001 to a sold out audience, the Diana Krall Live In Paris VHS and DVD features multi-platinum certified artist Diana Krall as she delivers a sensual collection of romantic ballads and bossa novas.
"This performance in Paris was very special for me," says Krall. "Given Eagle Vision's success with music-oriented video titles, I'm pleased to work with them on my debut video and DVD title."

On this very special concert performance, Krall, joined by her jazz band members direct from LA, performs favorites from her latest album The Look of Love, including her own interpretation of Gershwin's "But Not For Me." Krall also sings "Let's Face The Music and Dance" and "I've Got You Under My Skin" from her album When I Look In Your Eyes. These hits and others on the DVD are all performed in a style that is undeniably Diana Krall.
"We're very honored to release Diana Krall's first video project," says Steve Sterling, president of Eagle Vision. "This is one of our finest titles to date. It's also a great opportunity to be releasing such an important video project while she is currently on the road."

The DVD, which includes Dolby Digital Surround Sound 5.1 and DTS formats will feature a terrific menu of bonus programs including a behind-the-scenes feature as well as music videos "The Look Of Love" and "Let's Dance And Face The Music."

Eagle Vision develops, acquires and produces music programming of a wide range of notable and high profile artists, which the company distributes on a worldwide basis.
