Everything's BIGGER In Texas - LANTANA Chooses State Fair - And 'OU Weekend' - For CD Release Party October 6

Nashville, TN (LANTANA Official Website/ www.lantanamusic.com) - The vibrant country music trio, LANTANA, knows that everything is bigger in Texas - and they picked the largest audience possible for their hometown debut. The trio plans to kick a** with an energetic live show as they kick off their first CD-release party for UNBRIDLED (BGM Records) at the State Fair of Texas on October 6. The group will rock the Toyota Stage at 3 p.m. with a 90-minute set.

'It's the biggest weekend of the year in Dallas,' says Biz Haddock, referring to the University of Texas vs. Oklahoma University football game, 'Go Longhorns!' Karol Ann DeLong explains with a laugh, 'We always do things BIGGER in Texas and we wanted to stir things up - the State Fair of Texas should do just that. Dalene Richelle, a former Calgary (Canada) Stampeders' cheerleader, is excited, too. 'Millions of people attend this fair," she says. "This will be the Fair's biggest weekend, and the rivalry should have the crowd pumped."

LANTANA knows the feeling well. The trio has kicked up more dust than a Texas twister, and their career is sparking interest wherever they go. UNBRIDLED hit store shelves this week; they have done countless media interviews and visited over 40 radio stations on their CD-promotion tour.
