(Launch) - Even though the Eagles have dropped their trademark-infringement lawsuit against the non-profit American Eagle Foundation, the conservation group says things might not be over just yet. The American Eagle Foundation, formerly known as the National Foundation To Protect America's Eagles, plans to file a motion Friday asking that its court costs and attorney's fees be paid by the Eagles, and it has not ruled out seeking further monetary relief from the band. The Eagles originally filed their lawsuit over the Foundation's use of its educational and fundraising Web site, Eagles.org, its "1-800-2EAGLES" phone number, and its American Eagle Records label. The band recently dropped the suit, which was scheduled to go to trial June 11, saying that the Eagles' current European tour made it impossible for Don Henley, Glenn Frey and manager Irving Azoff to testify in court.
