(Top40 Charts/ Manhattan Records) - Quebec singer Giorgia Fumanti makes her U.S. TV debut when she performs the Canadian National Anthem at the NHL All-Star Game in Dallas on January 24th. "It is a huge honour for me, not only to represent my adopted home of Canada but also to perform at a major U.S. sporting event like the NHL All-Star Game," said Giorgia Fumanti. Originally from Italy, Giorgia has been living in Quebec where she recorded her upcoming album FROM MY HEART due out on EMI/Manhattan Records on March 6, 2007. Giorgia Fumanti's recent tour with famed tenor Jose Carreras across Southeast Asia where she had a No 1 record confirms the promise of this upcoming singer who is looking forward to bringing her exceptional voice to the U.S. "I'm happiest when performing for people and feel such a connection to the audience," said Giorgia, "I've been practicing my English and look forward to performing in the States." Ms. Fumanti will make her second U.S. television appearance as part of the upcoming PBS special "Heavenly Voices" which will air during March pledge.
