Disappear" from their self-titled debut.
Released this past November, Army of Anyone is the result of mutual fandom between Patrick and the DeLeo brothers, which finally congealed with the addition of in-demand drummer Luzier and the band's signing to The Firm. The foursome chose CenterStaging's state-of-the-art studios to polish their sound, and the impressive results were recorded in high-definition exclusively for rehearsals.com, utilizing 12 robotically controlled cameras and 48 microphones with up to 96 individual channels of audio.
Says vocalist Richard Patrick, 'We had the greatest time rehearsing at CenterStaging – what an amazing set-up. We can't wait for everyone to see the footage.'
'Army of Anyone is an all-stars group in the truest sense,' states Tommy Nast, Executive Vice President, CenterStaging. 'Their chemistry and musicianship is electrifying, and we're so excited to capture that and share it with their fans through rehearsals.com.'
Army of Anyone joins a prestigious line-up of talent currently showcasing live footage on rehearsals.com including Tom Petty, Taylor Hicks, High School Musical, Norah Jones, Hinder, Blessid Union of Souls, The Panic Channel, Ozomatli and James Taylor. Army of Anyone's mutual appreciation society goes back as far as 1994, when Filter and Stone Temple Pilots began crossing paths and sharing stages, resulting in occasional jams between STP's DeLeo brothers and Filter's Richard Patrick. The trio's chemistry was solidified with their collaboration on the Filter track 'A Better Place,' and they soon recruited seasoned veteran Ray Luzier, formerly of David Lee Roth's band, to man the drum set and complete the line-up. The band's self-titled debut, with renowned producer Bob Ezrin (Alice Cooper, Pink Floyd) at the helm, was released in November 2006 by The Firm. To catch a glimpse of these legends in the making as they perform log on to www.rehearsals.com starting March 16.
