NAS Pays Homage To Nat King Cole!

Los Angeles, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Capitol Records) - On his latest album, Hip Hop is Dead, Nas makes a lasting tribute to Nat with his use of Unforgettable on the album's first single, 'Can't Forget About You.' Keeping it all in the family, Nas also approached Natalie Cole to appear in the song's video; Natalie happily obliged.

In an interview with MTV, Nas had this to say: 'I'm not blood-related, but I'm musically related, and I guess I'm the child of their generation and I'm bridging the gap from Nat King Cole to Natalie Cole to Nas King Cole, and we're going to make it one family all over again.'

Nat King Cole : U2 Video: Nat And A Host Of Musical Icons
The latest U2 video, for their song 'Window in the Skies,' presents a montage of many of the greatest musicians to ever grace the airwaves. Needless to say, Nat stands prominently among them. The montage creates the illusion that all of these stars are singing and playing along with U2. Director Gary Koepke and his team of 20 people put in nearly 2,500 hours of work over almost four months to create the video.
