Stroke of Genius reveals Marc as a guitar player with a powerful style. His trancing, groove oriented, story telling is unique and seemingly effortless. And his arrangements and vocals bring the music to life.

Marc will be touring, performing songs off the CD and at times showing the 50 minute documentary film by Bahman Soltani that's been made about this beautiful twist of fate. Marc Black's past collaborations have included projects with Richie Havens, Garth Hudson, Rick Danko, Jack DeJonnette and PDQ Bach. In addition to being a songwriter and guitarist, his company Black Market Music has won the Mobius for Best Original Music in Advertising.
