ASHLAND, Ore. (Top40 Charts/ Equilibrium Media) - True to its model of harnessing entertainment as fuel for a rapid transition to a sustainable world, https://www.EQ.TV will be hosting a free live New Years Eve broadcast of platinum-selling Paul Rodgers.

Event coverage begins at 3pm PST, with the live performance beginning at approximately 9:30pm, PST. In addition to the live concert performance during the 10 hour webcast, EQ.TV will also be showing never before broadcast clips from the DVD, Paul Rodgers "Live In Glasgow," and exclusive, never before seen footage of the Page and Plant 1995 World Tour. There will be other surprises as well.

Paul Rodgers' rock and roll career has been extremely prolific, having been the lead singer for the world-renowned bands Free (1968-1973), Bad Company (1974-1982), and The Firm (with Jimmy Page, 1984-1986.), then continuing on to earn a Grammy nomination for his solo 1993 release, "Muddy Water Blues." With a soulful, bluesy voice that is stronger than ever, Rodgers will rock in the New Year with his many hits, including "All Right Now," and "Can't Get Enough." He will also play fresh material from his newest CD/DVD, "Live In Glasgow."
EQ.TV is partnering with Ustream.tv to deliver this groundbreaking, marathon Rock and Roll webcast event!

Sponsorships are still available due to the last-minute nature of this announcement. EQ TV is offering the webcast sponsorships through eBay to raise money for its sister organization, the Equilibrium Institute, a nonprofit (501c3) dedicated to developing and supporting global sustainability.
