ORLANDO, FL. (Top40 Charts/ Fourth Quarter Entertainment) - What do the Urban Music and Real Estate Market have in common? They're both in the midst of collapse and those who think they can survive with the old model stand to have their dreams foreclosed on. Labels are going bankrupt, stars are broke, and many feel that urban music has lost its honesty. So where does the industry go from here? It needs a fresh start, in a fresh city, with fresh concepts from the bosses in the industry. Fourth Quarter Entertainment presents Music Industry Seminar 2008 May 10th Orlando, FL.
Official Event site: https://www.myspace.com/FourthQuarterEnt

In a show and prove world Fourth Quarter has a message for Artists, Producers, Engineers, Managers, and Executives; the Fourth Quarter ... is NOW. CEO of Fourth Quarter, Bobby "Franchise" Davidowitz, says, "No more talking, if you want to make it in the biz then you need to learn from those winning in the biz not your neighborhood naysayer." Seminar Panelists include:

1. Conrad Dimanche- A&R for Bad Boy Records/Making the Band 4/President of PMPworldwide
2. DJ K Slay- "The Drama King" Hot 97 NYC/Streetsweeper Mixtapes
3. Tone Capone- Executive Vice President/CMG/Universal Motown Records
4. Rockwilder- Legendary Producer/Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Eminem, Janet Jackson
5. Dee Vasquez- "The Drama Hour" Hot 97 NYC/"Shade 45" Sirius Satellite
6. Julie Als- Executive Vice President "The Source Magazine"
7. Jean Nelson- "Super" A&R Atlantic Records
8. Lenny Santiago- "Super" A&R Def Jam/Roc-A-Fella Records
9. Riggs Morales- "Super" A&R Shady Aftermath Records

This list will grow in the coming months. The final three A&R's on the list have agreed to conduct one-on-one listening sessions with artists and producers attending the seminar. For those who don't know what an A&R is; they scout talent for the record labels. For some guests, it will be the only chance they ever have to get signed. "When aspiring young artists ask me for advice I tell them simply; the club can wait, your career can't; and that's real," says Mike "Profitdoe" Ramsey, Co-CEO Fourth Quarter Entertainment.
