NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Curb Records) - Curb Records has added the top selling South African band, Just Jinjer, to their extensive roster. Just Jinjer's debut album, All Comes Round, holds the title as the biggest selling rock album in South African history.

Formed in 1996, Just Jinjer, comprised of Art Matthews, Brent Harris, Denholm Harding and Sandy Chila, has earned a worldwide reputation for their amazing live stage show. After the tremendous success of All Comes Around, the band focused their efforts on touring extensively within their home country and abroad with acts such as U2, Crash Test Dummies, Toto, Elvis Costello and co-headlined with Hootie and the Blowfish, Skunk Anansie, Stevie Wonder, Spice Girls, Chaka Khan and many more.

Just Jinjer's second album titled Something For Now, went gold in 3 weeks in South Africa, providing numerous chart-topping radio singles. Here's To You and Strange World followed, garnering the band more critical acclaim and commercial success. Bootleg Album, released in 2004, dominated the airwaves as the band performed several arena shows with the Counting Crows and completed sold-out tours of London and Dubai.

In 2006, Just Jinjer released their self-titled album Just Jinjer, featuring Grammy award-winning producer David Bianco. Tracks from the album held all top ten spots for MP3 downloads on Burnlounge.com. 'What He Means,' the debut single from Just Jinjer, has captured several top spots on South African radio, including the No. 1 spot for 10 weeks on the national charts, leading to three nominations for the prestigious 2007 South Africa Music Awards.

Curb's John Butler, VP Pop Promotion, is eager to get started, "The freshness of this band and the innovative quality of their music makes them appealing to many genres, and this will be an exciting project for the label." Since relocating to the US in 2007, the band has appeared in numerous festivals and sold-out showcases. They are currently writing new material and gearing up for an extensive US tour to coincide with their Curb debut album scheduled for early 2009.
