New York (Top40 Charts/ Virgin Records) - Delphic, Marina & The Diamonds and Ellie Goulding will all play at the Great Escape 2010. The hotly-tipped newcomers are among the first acts to be announced for this year's new music festival in Brighton.
Canadian supergroup Broken Social Scene, Chase and Status and Crystal Fighters have also been announced for the annual event. This year's Great Escape will take place between May 13th and 15th, with early bird tickets available now.

Slow Club, Hurts and Cold Cave are also included in the first batch of artist announcements, with many more bands yet to be added to the bill.
Previous years have seen the Great Escape help launch the careers of bands such as Klaxons, Vampire Weekend and Gallows.
