NY (Top 40 Charts) - The upcoming season of "The Simpsons" will feature parodies of "Erin Brockovich," "2001: A Space Odyssey", and the upcoming "Harry Potter" film, as well as guest-voice turns by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Richard Gere, Pierce Brosnan, Dennis Weaver, and Jon Lovitz.

The revelations come from "The Simpsons" executive producer Al Jean, who told Cinescape about plans for the show's 13th season.
"Malcolm In The Middle" star Jane Kaczmarek will portray a judge who punishes Bart by forcing him to be shackled to Homer.
Another episode will feature Homer getting his jaw wired shut -- a change that converts him into an agreeable, lovable person, Cinescape reports.

The coming season will also see Homer becoming addicted to medicinal marijuana and Bart creating an Internet cartoon based on Homer, which turns him into a global laughingstock, the report said.

The "Erin Brockovich" spoof will revolve around Marge discovering that sugar companies are lacing Springfield's water supply with their product.

The "2001" and "Potter" parodies will be featured in the Halloween special, with the Simpsons receiving a computer that operates all their appliances, the report said -- but develops a dangerous crush on Marge.
