The Next Voice Of The Hip Hop Era Has Arrived!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ King Nitty Official Website) Rising star King Nitty, has released his new mixtape, "Hustle Now Rap Later" exclusively on DatPiff.com.
"Hustle Now Rap Later" is hosted by King Nitty and $tello.

There has been a long void in hip hop music since the rise of the Midwest sound. Hip - Hop music has undergone traumatic changes and been infiltrated by executive influence. Artists who possess the skill that was once needed to survive in the hip hop game have been pushed further and further aside for what has become today's sound. There have been few artists to keep hip hop music pure, yet managed to gain commercial status until now. Chicago talent "King Nitty" has emerged from the underground hip hop scene to bring the quality back that has been gone for so long.

King Nitty not only delivers passionate messages with each track, he produces his own beats and writes his own music. His musical influences include 2 Pac, Prince and Bob Marley. If you haven't heard the name King Nitty, keep your ears to the streets, because he is destined for greatness.

About King Nitty:
King Nitty, born Ollie Jean Johnson Jr., was raised on the south side of Chicago where selling drugs and gang banging were the normal way of life. The course of his life changed when he and his family were sent to live in one of Chicago's most notorious housing projects Cabrini Green following his mother's incarceration. At the age of fifteen, music became his therapy after the tragic death of his father from drug abuse. Writing about everything from hard times to uplifting revolutions he realized his gift to unleash his soul on paper. Signing to his first label at sixteen, King Nitty began his journey to become one of hip hop and urban rap's most innovative writers and producers.

Chasing his dreams, at the age of seventeen he found himself in Atlanta, Georgia where he honed his skills working with such artists as Kris Kross, Too Short, MC Breed, Syleena Johnson, Johnny P, Akon, and Shawnna as well as opening up for such artists as T.I.,Young Buck, and Slim Thug.

Moving back to Chicago, he signed his second indie label deal which motivated him to become an entrepreneur. As a part owner of his first label "Kreep City" through which he released his first indie project he advanced to become the founder and CEO of Millpond Enterprise. He released his first solo album resulting in over 5,000 units sold. Now owning Millpond Studios, he has transformed his company into Chicago's premier independent label working towards creating his own manufacturing and distributing empire.

Now driving the brand name of "King Nitty" as well as "Mill Pond Enterprise" to push the envelope, King Nitty is a true necessity in a constant changing but desperate music industry. Humble at heart and straight forward with words, King Nitty will prove to be a business savvy mogul found few and far between!!!
