Randy Travis, Amos Lee, And Sonia Leigh To Perform With Zac Brown Band At 2011 CMA Music Festival
Nashville, TN (Top40 Charts/ CMA Festival 2011 Official Website) Zac Brown Band, the winner of the 2010 CMA New Artist of the Year Award, has invited several of their musical friends to join them for individual songs during the group's performance during the Nightly Concert at LP Field at 2011 CMA Music Festival, Thursday, June 9.

Five-time CMA Award winner Randy Travis, acclaimed folk/jazz/soul artist Amos Lee, and singer/songwriter Sonia Leigh (who is signed with Brown's record label, Southern Ground Artists, Inc.) will each make a guest appearance to perform with Zac Brown Band during the CMA Music Festival performance. This is in addition to the previously announced appearance by 16-time CMA Award winner Alan Jackson, who will perform the multi-week No. 1 hit "As She's Walking Away" with the group. This will be the debut CMA Music Festival performances for both Lee and Leigh. Travis last performed at CMA Music Festival in 2008.

The four-day CMA Music Festival takes place Thursday through Sunday, June 9-12, in downtown Nashville. The event, which celebrates its 40th birthday since beginning as Fan Fair in 1972, will once again be filmed for an ABC television special to air in late summer.

Artists currently scheduled to appear at LP Field include (in alphabetical order):

Thursday, June 9: Jason Aldean (with a special guest performance from Kelly Clarkson), Easton Corbin, Sara Evans, Brad Paisley, and Zac Brown Band (with special guest performances from Alan Jackson, Amos Lee, Sonia Leigh, and Randy Travis).

Friday, June 10: Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum, Reba, Ashton Shepherd, Sugarland, and Keith Urban.

Saturday, June 11: Trace Adkins, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts, Josh Turner, and Chris Young.

Sunday, June 12: The Band Perry, the JaneDear girls, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, and Taylor Swift.

Artists and schedules are subject to change.

Four-day tickets, which include all four Nightly Concerts at LP Field and daily access to the Fan Fair Exhibit Hall, can be purchased through Ticketmaster at Ticketmaster.com or 1-(800) 745-3000. They can also purchase them through CMAfest.com or 1-(800)-CMA-FEST (262-3378). CMA Music Festival benefits music education in Metro Nashville Public Schools through a partnership with the Nashville Alliance for Public Education. Since 2006, more than $4.7 million has been donated to purchase musical instruments and supplies. The total also includes an annual endowment gift for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum's Words & Music program. The philanthropic program, titled "Keep the Music Playing," was created by the CMA Board to give back to the community on behalf of the artists who make appearances and perform for free.
