claims that Ricky Martin
failed to live up to the terms agreed upon when they ended their initial contract in September.
The manager says that he had a deal to continue managing the singer's career in Puerto Rico but the singer broke off their relationship.
The next hearing in Medina's lawsuit is Aug. 13.
