KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (IMMI Records press release/Con Hunley Official Website) - Country R&B singer/songwriter Con Hunley is sounding better than ever with his first new music release in several years.
Hunley's latest album, "Sweet Memories" (IMMI Records), is getting rave reviews from fans and music critics alike. The album was produced by notable Nashville producer Norro Wilson who also produced Kenny Chesney's "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem" triple platinum release and albums by Reba McEntire, Shania Twain, Sara Evans and George Jones, among others.
"Sweet Memories" features new songs by prolific songwriter Dean Dillon and performances by sax legend Boots Randolph and steel guitar great John Hughey. It includes new versions of some old favorites including "Don't Touch Me," "Still," and "No Relief in Sight."
For a limited time, IMMI Records is offering a free download of the title track from "Sweet Memories" to visitors to the conhunley.com web site.
Nicknamed the "Smoky Mountain Blue-eyed Darlin'," Con Hunley had over twenty Top 10 country hits in the 1970's and 80's, received multiple Academy of Country Music nominations, and was named Canada's "Male Vocalist of the Year" in the early 80's.
"Con has one of the purest voices to ever hit Nashville," says Wilson, who produced some of Con's earlier hits for Warner Brothers.
