Bosco has unveiled the largest single outdoor art project for music in Los Angeles. A four sign display on Vine Street ties in with his cover and two featured articles in the Nov. 19th issue of Billboard Magazine, https://www.billboard.com, as well as the release of his new single 'Senseless' featuring rapper Shawn Mimsnow available on iTunes. Notably, Bosco is the first Italian born pop artist to appear on the cover of Billboard Magazine.
Located on the 1600 Vine property and facing south, two signs feature images of Bosco with angel wings. Another, designed in collaboration with Billboard Magazine features a replica of the inside cover of this weeks issue and serves as the visual centerpiece.
"Senseless is what we have become as society where nothing stimulates us anymore, the angel wings represent a vision of a savior and protester of the legacy of art." Says Bosco. "We are proving ourselves to be innovators and leaders in developing music, art, and outdoor campaigns into cohesive projects at a level never seen before.
"We push songs like movies, It's an example of what EMG can do for future clients looking to have a music driven, artist focused approach to branding. It is possible to turn outdoor advertising into art, to make pop music with depth and meaning and that's what EMG is about."
Billboard's coverage of Bosco and EMG, focuses not only on Bosco as an artist but on EMG as a company and their diverse roster of artists including Argentine trio Infierno18 through a joint venture with Sony Latin America, Ryan Castle, Maddie Lauer and Moses Stone. Stone, a dynamic MC/singer will be seen on the blind audition round of The Voice Season Two on NBC premiering on February 5, 2012; while Ryan Castle's single 'Angel' currently on iTunes, features Stone, Lauer and Bosco who produced the track.
The November 19th Issue of Billboard Magazine is currently on newsstands worldwide. The outdoor art project can be seen through January when EMG will shift its focus to releasing Senseless for Nationwide airplay on Top 40 and Rhythm radio stations nationwide.
