After More Than 35 Years Of Recording, Air Supply Is Finding A Sweet 'Sanctuary'
LOS ANGELES, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Air Supply Official WEsite) Just in time for Christmas, Air Supply (www.airsupplymusic.com) is helping weary travelers and excited listeners everywhere find some much needed "Sanctuary" - the iconic hit-making duo's latest single, now available on iTunes.

The track marks 36 years since Graham Russell (the song's composer) and Russell Hitchcock recorded their debut album in Hitchcock's homeland of Australia. Four years later, they launched a string of pop hits that included "Lost in Love," "All Out of Love" and "Making Love Out of Nothing At All."

Air Supply begins 2012 as one of the honorees at the 9th Annual G'Day USA Los Angeles Black Tie Gala on January 14. The signature event of the three-week G'Day USA Australia week program - held in the Hollywood & Highland Grand Ballroom - will also be honoring Australian natives, Emmy Award winning actor Guy Pearce and NBA star Luc Longley. The Gala is the most anticipated annual Australian-focused event in the United States. The Australian-inspired and sourced cuisine is being prepared by Australian celebrity chef Guy Grossi, in collaboration with Wolfgang Puck.

On November 3, Air Supply appeared on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," performing one of their classic romantic hits on the show and taping another for exclusive airing on its website. They were backed by popular hip-hop neo soul group The Roots, the house band on "Late Night." Russell and Hitchcock's NYC itinerary included a show the next night at the B.B. King Blues Bar & Grill.

In addition to a busy slate of shows this fall, they headlined a private show in Jakarta, Indonesia December 1. They also recently filmed a show in Israel which will soon be available for purchase on DVD.

The duo continues their heavy tour schedule in 2012 with shows throughout the U.S. as well as Ontario, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Peru with new dates being added. Visit www.airsupplymusic.com/tour for the latest updates.

In 2010, Air Supply scored their first Billboard chart hit in 17 years with "Dance With Me," the infectious first single from Mumbo Jumbo, their Odds On Records debut and first album of original material in eight years. "Dance With Me" reached #28 on the Adult Contemporary Chart, and their follow-up single "Faith In Love" also cracked the Top 30.
