MONTREAL, CANADA (Top40 Charts/ Ricburn Media) Saskatoon-via-Montreal indie folk songstress Tessa Kautzman has made the first song off her 2011 sophomore album, Shredded Eagle, Sad Tambourine available for free download via her Bandcamp page. Fans can grab a copy of 'Worlds Apart' here: https://tessakautzman.bandcamp.com/
"Both musically and lyrically, the song is pretty dark and moody, but also has a lightness to it," comments Kautzman. "My hope was to continue those elements throughout the album as a whole, so I think its a good opening track."
Despite a hectic schedule promoting Shredded Eagle, Sad Tambourine in Montreal and across Canada over the last few months, Kautzman has also found the time to collaborate with other notable artists such as Galen Hartley (www.galenhartley.com) and Dumb Angel (https://www.facebook.com/dumbangelmusic). She in fact appears on Dumb Angel's 2012 release Eight Moments Of Spring, performing bass and vocal harmony duties.
