NEW YORK (Tommy Hilfiger Co.) - Tommy Hilfiger continues to have his finger on the pulse of pop culture. The innovative designer has developed an original concept for his new advertising campaign, by assembling a cast of emerging musical talent - Christina Milian, Fefe Dobson, Farnsworth Bentley and Robin Thicke - to perform in four separate 30-second commercial spots to support the Tommy Jeans line.

The fall 2004 Tommy Jeans commercial series will break on July 12 on MTV, and will run in heavy rotation on MTV, leading up to the MTV Video Music Awards.
"We own the music and fashion connection like no other designer brand out there and I am really excited to feature these artists to represent Tommy Jeans," said Tommy Hilfiger. "I think they are all going to have big careers ahead of them."

Created in collaboration with NuAmerica Agency and directed by famed music video director Jake Nava, most noted for his recent chart-topping video for Beyonce Knowles' "Crazy in Love," the campaign highlights a new generation of talent of diverse musical genres.
Performances include: "Dip It Low" by Christina Milian, "Don't Go" by Fefe Dobson, "Be Yourself" by Farnsworth Bentley, and "Baby Let's Rock" by Robin Thicke.

The concept behind the commercial series is "The New Soul of America," which features performances by up-and-coming young artists on "The New Tommy Show," a live music format show hosted by image-maker Andre Harrell.
Each artist performs his or her latest single live on stage in front of an audience of adoring fans. All talent and audience members are dressed in the latest Tommy Jeans attire.

Christina Milian is a multi-talented artist whose resume includes film, television, theater and music. With starring roles in feature films and her highly anticipated debut album It's About Time ready for release, Milian is poised to take the entertainment industry by storm. Her infectious single "AM To PM" hit the top position on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles chart in 2001 and enjoyed two Top 5 hits on the UK charts.

Canadian-born Fefe Dobson's debut album, Fefe Dobson, debuted at No 1 on Billboard's Heatseeker's Chart and No 111 on the Billboard 200 peaking at No 67. Rising star Dobson recently joined Justin Timberlake on tour and also guest-starred in the March 28, 2004, episode of NBC's "American Dreams," where she made her appearance as the legendary singer Tina Turner. Her hit single, "Everything," from her self-titled debut album, is the leading track for the MTV movie, The Perfect Score.

Farnsworth Bentley can be seen in the hit Outkast video "The Way You Move," which showcases his comedic talents and his exceptional dancing ability. Formerly Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' personal assistant, Bentley now has launched his own career in the music industry with a new album due for release.

Robin Thicke started writing songs at the age of 13 and landed a deal with Interscope Records when he was 16. He managed to catch the attention of former Bad Boy Records president and P. Diddy mentor Andre Harrell, who became a major influence on his development. His debut album, A Beautiful World, is a conversion of musical and cultural influences, and is released by NuAmerica.
