New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Death/doom lords HOODED MENACE are gearing up to release 'Effigies of Evil' on September 11th via Relapse Records. The band is also beginning to work with respected director Justin Oakey of Burial Offerings (Ulver, Hex Vessel, etc) on a clip for the track "Crumbling Insanity". The video is a concept piece based around the Fall of the House of Usher.
