New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Umphrey's McGee, lauded for their "high-quality, often transcendent shows" (Consequence of Sound), puts a twist on the live album with the newest installment of their 'Hall of Fame' series, further cementing themselves as "a band that...[gives] fans what they want, whether it be through their relentless dedication to their live show or through innovative opportunities to interact with the group" (Rolling Stone ).
Earlier this year, the Chicago sextet invited fans to vote for their favorite live cuts from 2011. The top 11 tracks were compiled to form 'Hall of Fame: Class of 2011,' neatly packaged into a seamless, two-set show format. The release is available in a smattering of formats, including an analog remastered vinyl edition. Rare vinyl test pressings, packaged in band-designed LP covers, are now being auctioned to fans, with a portion of the proceeds going to charity.
