ViaStar signs Spirit Voyage Music to exclusive North American distribution agreement

PHOENIX, AZ (ViaStar Corporation) - ViaStar Media Corporation announced today that the Company has signed a multi-year Exclusive North American Distribution Agreement with Spirit Voyage Music Inc. Spirit Voyage is one of the leading wholesalers of "lifestyle music," music for meditation, yoga and healing arts in the world.

Considered one of the fastest growing sectors of music, the "lifestyle music" genre is expected to greatly increase ViaStar Distribution Group's catalog, make available additional retails territories and most importantly increase revenue opportunities for the Company.

The signing of Spirit Voyage Music is substantial to ViaStar Distribution's growth as a diversified independent distributor of media products allowing the Company's distribution reach to greatly increase while cross promoting distributed titles from other label partners signed to ViaStar.

Spirit Voyage Music has established a solid customer base throughout its history as a strong and effective distributor to thousands of specialty stores worldwide. As ViaStar Distribution Group becomes Spirit Voyage's exclusive mainstream retail distribution partner it will bring the Spirit Voyage experience to such nationally recognized retailers as Wal-Mart, Target, Virgin Megastores, Best Buy, Borders and Barnes & Noble. As a result of this Agreement both Spirit Voyage and ViaStar expect to greatly increase sales coast to coast.

The first titles to be distributed to mainstream retail this summer will be from Snatam Kaur, whose exquisite, soothing vocals and subtle instrumentation are presented on her albums "Shanti" and "Prem." In addition, Spirit Voyage and ViaStar shall release the title "Reveal" this September from influential male vocalist, Girish, as the two artists continue their extensive North American tour. Girish's global rhythms and heartfelt melodies have captured audiences, worldwide, and his newest projects are expected to continue his strong sales at retail. Two titles from artist Thomas Barquee, "Sound of Om" and "Missa" are also slated for release later in the fourth quarter.
