ST. AUGUSTINE, FL. (Infinity Music Corp.) - Infinity Music Corp. (https://www.infinitymusiccorp.com) has begun trading as a public company. Although new as a public company, subsidiaries of the company have been in operation since 1977. Infinity was formed through a series of mergers between companies in different areas of entertainment, including record labels, a recording studio, concert management and a broadcast production company. Infinity Music Corp. trades publicly under the symbol IFMU.PK.
"Our vision in forming Infinity Music was to bring together the talents of the best people we could find in several related creative fields," Stephen Wrench, CEO of Infinity Music Corp., said. "The approach has been to find top-quality people who possess the skills sets, experience and track record we needed to have a profitable and creative company, and it's been like building with a set of blocks as we've found those units."

Infinity Music has five subsidiaries that act as the company's "building blocks": - Retrophonics West Recording Studios (https://www.retrophonics.com) started in 1977 and has worked with some of popular music's biggest names, such as Rod Stewart, Creed, Limp Bizkit, Don Henley, Tom Petty, the Judds and the Allman Brothers. Infinity Music owns 75 percent of Retrophonics, and the company recently built a new state-of-the-art studio at Infinity's corporate headquarters in St. Augustine. The complex has two recording studios and one mastering facility. Producerswho work with Retrophonics are expected to bring in additional artists to record at the new facility.

- Media Works Communications (https://www.mwctv.com) is a broadcast production company which will be handling music video production, as well as related advertising and public relations functions. The company has offices in Nashville, Tenn., and Birmingham, Ala., in addition to the office in St. Augustine. Media Works has been a southeastern leader in services including the production of music videos, corporate video, television programming and political advertisements. Infinity Music owns 51 percent of Media Works.

- Infinity Records Nashville (https://www.infinityrecordsnashville.com) is a record label that is currently signing established music stars. The company has recently signed Brad Johner (https://www.bradjohner.com) to a record deal and a joint management deal. Johner has been breaking sales records in his native Canada and is a two-time award winner with the Canadian Country Music Association. Infinity Records Nashville expects to introduce him to U.S. audiences soon. Among the "big name" artists the label expects to sign in the next month are Tanya Tucker, Mark Wills, the Bellamy Brothers, Lorrie Morgan, Sammy Kershaw and the Oak Ridge Boys. Industry veteran George Collier brings 40 years of experience as president of the label. When Collier was vice president of Capitol Records Nashville, he was responsible for the debut of Garth Brooks, George Strait and many other popular artists.

- Lou-Do Music (https://www.loudomusic.com) is a concert production and artist management company whose founder is a seasoned veteran. Among others, Mike Lewis provided management for Lynyrd Skynyrd for 21 years. The company has a multi-million dollar deal with the Jacksonville Landing in Jacksonville, Fla., for hundreds of upcoming concerts. Lou-Do will be producing pre- and post-Super Bowl entertainment for this venue, which will be right in the middle of tens of thousands of people visiting Jacksonville for the upcoming Super Bowl.

- Jesahah Records is a Christian music record label with three signed artists who are ready for release. One of the young artists is Kelly-Lynn, who will be seen in August on the "Hour of Power" television show from the Crystal Cathedral.

"The future is bright at Infinity," Wrench said. "One reason to be excited is we're working with a number of artists with track records of selling millions of albums. One of our artists, Collin Raye, is a multi-platinum veteran. With our expertise in the industry and talent like Collin Raye, we can accomplish great things. And we're expecting good things from a lot of other people we're signing. These are big names with big track records.
"I'm certainly excited about what we've done so far with the artists we have signed to date, but I'm most excited about the future and where we're going to be five years from now. We're about to make some noise in the entertainment industry, and I'm extremely confident that we're going to be able to turn that into solid profits."
