Blue Sky Riders Ft. Loggins, Middleman And Burr Gear Up For Debut On January 29, 2013
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Blue Sky Riders are set to soar with the release of their highly anticipated full-length debut, Finally Home, in stores and available via digital retailers on January 29, 2013. The New York Times says, "The three songwriters have found an unusually comfortable fit."

A veritable who's who of music royalty, the group counts the iconic Kenny Loggins, Nashville songwriter Georgia Middleman (who has penned songs for Keith Urban, Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney & Reba McEntire amongst others) and award-winning songwriter Gary Burr (Conway Twitty, Wynona Judd) within its ranks.

Blue Sky Riders will be performing two dates at the famed Sundance Festival (ASCAP and CHEFDANCE) on January 18th. In addition, Kenny, Georgia and Gary are delighted to have been invited to perform at the kickoff event of U.S. Senator Al Franken's re-election campaign in Washington, DC. The Presidential Inauguration festivities make it an exciting time to be in the Capitol and they're looking forward to making sure this party is one of the highlights of this historic weekend.

On January 24th, Blue Sky Riders will perform on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and will then return to their Nashville homebase to play at the Grand Ole Opry on February 1st and at 3rd & Lindsley on February 2nd.

The creative spark that ignited Blue Sky Riders was struck when Loggins and Burr began working on songs together. Their chemistry inspired them both to "get back on the horse" and start a new band. Loggins welcomed the challenge but wanted to add a third female voice. Burr, whose accolades include being named "Songwriter of the Year" by ASCAP, Billboard and NSAI, suggested Middleman. She quickly accepted their invitation and Blue Sky Riders were born.

The anxiously awaited debut album Finally Home follows up the 2011 fan favorite EP, Live At The Rutledge, which introduced the world to their exceptional collaborative songwriting and unique sound. Driven by three-part harmonies and sincere, soulful delivery, each of these veterans sings lead as well, separating Blue Sky Riders from not only anything they've respectively done, but anything else out there. Over the course of the record, the trio merges rock, pop, and country into an irresistible collection of 15 songs. Select singles from Finally Home are currently available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon.com and the Live At The Rutledge EP is also available digitally.

"Dream" is the first song that the band has played to introduce audiences to the upcoming album Finally Home, to be followed by the song "Feelin' Brave" which Blue Sky Riders launched in conjunction with their "Portraits Of Bravery," social media campaign. "Portraits Of Bravery" was created in support of our veterans and their families as they re-adjust to their domestic life in the United States.
