Musical Duo Somebody Else Releases New EP 'Somebody Else'
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ MondoTunes) The musical team known as Somebody Else has released their latest official record, a self titled EP, "Somebody Else." The record is comprised of six original tracks for approximately twenty minutes' worth of excellent listening time. Acting as an excellent introduction to this up and coming music sensation, the "Somebody Else" EP is also an excellent musical foundation for Somebody Else, upon which the artists are sure to construct a forthcoming full length release in time. This early taste of their remarkable compositions and gritty, infinitely classy sound is an immediate standout among 2013 releases, one that will snare the attention of indie fans and audiophiles in general.

The sound of "Somebody Else" is delicate and shadowy, dark without being morbid. Showcasing beautiful, casual vocals from singer-songwriter Anita, interspersed with occasional rejoinders from singer-songwriter Chris, the EP is reminiscent of the recent Trent Reznor and Mrs. Reznor project, How to Destroy Angels, though with less melodrama. It also brings to mind the work of indie favorites Portishead, though without Portishead's emphasis on percussion. If there were an obvious emphasis in "Somebody Else" to point out, one would have to say it were an emphasis on beauty, itself. From the very first measure to the powerful little album's dreamlike conclusion, no part, no single iota of the music exudes anything but gentle and reverberating, audible gorgeousness.

Somebody Else is based in the capitol of Norway, Oslo. They have been constructing music officially since 2012. They name as main artistic influences Nine Inch Nails, How to Destroy Angels, Prince, HIM, The 69 Eyes, Vangelis, and Lana Del Ray. They have said that the message their EP intends to communicate is one of, "beautiful music combined with the poetry of life."

"Somebody Else" succeeds in this as well as in a great many additional wonders.
Somebody Else's new EP, "Somebody Else," is available online worldwide beginning spring of 2013.

The EP "Somebody Else" is distributed globally by MondoTunes (www.MondoTunes.com) and is available at iTunes for convenient purchase and download
