Moody Blues have announced The
Moody Blues Cruise, Return to the Isle of Wight, a fan vacation and musical celebration hosted by of one of the world's most iconic rock bands. The cruise is themed around the 1970 Isle of Wight Festival, which is considered to be one of the greatest classic rock festivals in history, and also featured an unforgettable set by The Moody Blues. The festival took place over three days in this quaint English isle, drawing upwards of 700,000 fans, far surpassing the attendance of Woodstock.
Several artists from the festival will be joining Justin, John & Graeme, recreating memories from 44 years ago in a celebration of one of rock's most unforgettable events. However, this time, fans will enjoy the music and create new memories aboard the spectacular cruise ship, MSC Divina, all while visiting Grand Turk Island, Turks & Caicos and Nassau, Bahamas on an unprecedented 5-night cruise journey.
The current guest artist list includes Isle of Wight Festival alumni Carl Palmer from Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Lighthouse, as well as other past Isle of Wight Festival performers to be announced in the next few weeks.
