Chris Thile Gives Strathmore Crowd A Thrilling Performance!

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Chris Thile brings the music of his new Nonesuch album, Bach: Sonatas and Partitas, Vol. 1, and much more to two universities this weekend, closing out the US leg of his solo tour: the University of Florida in Gainesville tonight and a sold-out show at Emory University in Atlanta on Saturday. Thile heads to Europe on Tuesday, kicking off a week-long tour that includes stops in Dublin, Edinburgh, London, Amsterdam, Salerno, and Barcelona.

The Washington Post 's Robert Battey, reviewing Thile's performance at the Strathmore on Wednesday, says it was "a thrilling performance," exclaiming: "Let it be known: Chris Thile is amazing."
