Jayo Da Ceo Drops Latest Album 'Art Of Versatility,' And Brings Fans Behind The Scenes
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ WiFi-PR Group) Independent Brooklyn-born hip-hop and rap artist Jayo Da CEO has worked diligently over the years to craft a sound and career that would help him stand out in the hip-hop crowd. His music and achievements have garnered him many fans and much attention and acclaim, including having two of his tracks featured on two installments of WiFi PR Group's Indie Anthems series. To top it off, he's armed with his latest album, Art of Versatility, with which he aims to change the way his audience sees and hears both his music and hip-hop in general.

Jayo Da CEO has had music in his heart from a young age. Influenced by hip-hop culture since the age of five, Jayo Da CEO looks to his brother as one of his earliest influences. In exploring music on his own, he came to model such artists as Jay-Z and Big Daddy Kane, particularly when molding his own style of rapping. His lyrics are witty and thought-provoking, and they're delivered with a sense of strength and conviction that powers through each heart-pounding syllable. It's a sound that fans across the world have come to know and love.

Jayo Da CEO has released several recordings over the years, including his EP entitled IV-IV-LXXVII, which was released in September 2013. The EP includes his hit single, "SomeWhere in the Night," which has already earned him plays and fans across the world, including Japan, Canada and the United Kingdom, which he says was a motivator for him to push harder for success in his music career. Prior to his latest EP, Jay Da CEO also released his mixtapes Profitable Thoughts and Just Another Youth Opinion in 2012.

With the successes of his first recordings and music videos bringing him to the present, Jayo Da CEO is proud to release his latest project, Art of Versatility, officially dropped in February 2014. With this album, he hopes to introduce interactivity with his music by taking his audience inside the song selection process. He wants fans to understand his methods for choosing which songs made the cut as well as his choices for the title and album cover. He hopes to offer a fresh perspective of the inner workings of hip-hop and its culture explored through the lens of Jayo Da CEO's own original music.

In addition to his recordings, Jayo Da CEO has also had accomplished live performances as well. He has performed at venues throughout New York City, including S.O.B.'s, Green House, Webster Hall, Sullivan Hall, Bowery Poetry Lounge, Brooklyn Exposure, Club Element and more. In December 2013, he had the opportunity to open for Lupe Fiasco at Irving Plaza in New York City as well.

Jayo Da CEO will have two of his tracks featured on two installments of WiFi PR Group's Indie Anthems digital mixtape series, which features international independent talent spanning a wide variety of genres. Jayo Da CEO will have his track "SomeWhere in the Night" featured on Indie Anthems Vol. 4, set to debut at SXSW in March 2014, and his track "Third Eye Vision" will be featured on Indie Anthems Vol. 5, set to debut at Coachella in April 2014. At both festivals, the mixtape will be handed out on 3,500 download cards to festival attendees, and 1,500 more copies will be made available via the Indie Anthems Bandcamp website.

If you're looking to purchase Jayo Da CEO's music, he is currently selling his recordings through iTunes and CD Baby, and you can also purchase his EP IV-IV-LXXXVII on Amazon, Xbox Live and other online music outlets.
