Switchfoot's 'The Beautiful Letdown' picks up new Hit

BRENTWOOD, TN. (Sparrow Records) - Platinum rock band Switchfoot is following the breakthrough success of multi-genre hits "Meant To Live" and "Dare You To Move" with a new single from THE BEAUTIFUL LETDOWN. "This Is Your Life" has already jumped to No 34 at mainstream Alternative Radio and is No 4 on the Christian Hit Radio chart.

Picking up where the pounding "Meant To Live" left off, "This Is Your Life" finds Switchfoot lead singer boldly asking listeners, "Are you who you want to be?"

The band continues to bring a distinctly positive and intelligent presence to the rock music scene and is being embraced by Christian and mainstream audiences alike. Following a recent presentation slot at the American Music Awards and a return appearance to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (11/23), Switchfoot will be featured on MTV and MTV2's Hard Rock Live concert program on December 1.
