New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Ryan Adams shared "Fuck The Rain" - the lead single from Big Colors, which is the first of three albums he will release in 2019. The track, which features a guitar solo by John Mayer.
Ryan Adams said, "Check out this song it's cool. Or don't- we all might die trump is president. I love you, sincerely Ryan Adams."

Big Colors will be released on April 19 via a partnership between Adams' PAX-AM label and Blue Note Records. Fans who pre-order Big Colors in digital form will instantly receive "Fuck The Rain." The album is also available for pre-order in limited edition vinyl and CD formats at Adams' store and can be bundled with the exclusive 7" single, "Anybody Evil.

Adams, who has been hailed as "one of the most elegant singer-songwriters of his generation" by The New York Times, co-produced the album with Beatriz Artola. John Mayer, Bob Mould, Benmont Tench, Don Was and The Section Quartet are featured on Big Colors, which was recorded at Electric Lady, Capitol Studios and Adams' own PAX-AM.

Big Colors has won praise from those who received early copies of the album. Robert Costa, The Washington Post's National Political Reporter, observed, "It reminds me of early 90s Petty, veering from soaring rockers to wistful songs that you could imagine Adams busking on a street in L.A." Kristin Davis (Sex and the City) said, "Big Colors is a kaleidoscope of feelings and moods. My favorite song on continuous loop is (expletive) the Rain, love it so much." Writer-director-actor Judd Apatow observed, "I am excited to binge Ryan Adams…Big Colors is the first album and it is indeed big and colorful, at times super fun and rocking, at other times more emotional and thoughtful but all with a sound that feels both modern and stripped from the jangles of my youth in the 80's."

Jillian Jacqueline, who has opened for Adams, pronounced it "full of beautiful and painful truths." Ted Allen ("Chopped") said it's "GREAT, beginning to end. Plaintive & pretty one minute, ferocious and shredding the next-and always hooky/jangly. Dreamy poetry, too." Evan Rachel Wood ("Westworld," The Ides of March) noted, "Once again @The RyanAdams deals up comforting melancholy, like a rainy day, and curve balls left and right that got my blood pumping."

Big Colors follows Adams' 2017 album, Prisoner, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Rock Albums, Alternative Albums and Americana/Folk Albums charts.

Adams will embark on a tour of the U.K. and Ireland on March 31 at Dublin's historic Olympia Theatre. He has partnered with CID Entertainment to offer Fan Experiences that grant access to Ryan's Pinball Lair pre-show experience and premium seating during the show. The pre-show experience will feature a variety of pinball games, a private bar, and a specially curated Ryan Adams gallery. Ryan Adams Fan Experiences are available with the ticket pre-sale, which launched earlier today. For additional information, visit https://www.cidentertainment.com/events/ryan-adams-tour/.
