Nashville, TN (Fox News) -– The Nashville Palace, Music City's legendary honky-tonk, will ring in 2006 with a grand opening event spotlighted on Fox News Channel's 'All American New Year's Eve.' The Palace, located at 2611 McGavock Pike, will feature performances by country music stars Phil Vassar and John Stone with a special television moment that will include Aaron Tippin, Janie Fricke, Jett Williams, and more! The Nashville Palace is honored by the opportunity to be included in Fox's National spotlight. 'Our New Year's Eve show will re-launch the renowned venue, where Randy Travis, Lorrie Morgan, Ricky Van Shelton among others have graced the famous stage, and we are very honored that Fox News Channel will be included in our celebration,' says spokesman John Vick. The owners of the Nashville Palace also own the world famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge in downtown Nashville and a free shuttle will run from the downtown venue to the Nashville Palace for the duration of the celebration.
