Located at 6705 Centennial Boulevard in the western part of
Music City, Nove Entertainment was designed by veteran industry professional
Danny Nozell and some of the top security consultants in the business. The goal of Nove is to give artists and musicians a place to protect their most valuable assets.
The storage facility at Nove consists of a free-standing building of well over 14,000 sq. feet - including 25 storage units of varying sizes with 12-15 ft. ceilings, each with their own custom built state of the art security system. In addition to the main building roof, each unit is fully enclosed with a secondary beveled roof for added protection. To access the building and storage units, each representative must undergo multiple phases of security to gain entry. This facility is not in a flood zone. There is a covered loading dock with room for THREE 53′ semi-trailers to load or unload simultaneously, as well as a separate drive-in door available for flat loading into building from a bus and trailer or a non-dock-height vehicle.
Clients at Nove will be specifically trained on the security arrangement at the facility, and keeping with the company's personal touch - the details will be given to each client on a personal basis. Among the amenities of the units include a bathroom with a shower, AC power in all common hallways, and a lockable garage door. Each unit has its own LED motion-sensitive light, which fully illuminates the unit, and all hallways are illuminated 24/7 with LED lights.
In addition, Nove also offers a private and full-service rehearsal facility for artists and their bands. The room is 60 feet by 60 feet with a clearance height of 20 feet. Two docks are included for load-in, with power specifications consisting of 100 amp 3 Phase w/ camlocks or 30 amp Edison breakouts with no hookup. PA, monitor, and console systems are available upon request. Clients will have access to production office space, a private bathroom,
Internet access, and shore power for two busses / truck parking provided as well.
